1950-2020, 70 Years of Excellence

Our Company has been active in the field of accounting and business consulting services since 1950. It was originally founded as a sole proprietorship by John G. Fritzelas and later expanded under the leadership of George J. Fritzelas in order to provide accounting and tax services.

In 1985, a limited liability company was established under the name GEORGE FRITZELAS – VASILIKI FRITZELA LTD, with offices located at Kapodistriou Street 24 in Piraeus. The Company expanded its activities to include the organization and supervision of accounting departments as well as financial and technical studies.

In 1990, the company MICHANOFOROLOGISTIKI S.A. was established with privately owned offices at Gounari Street 39, Piraeus. The main shareholders were Mr. Georgios Fritzelas and Mrs. Fritzela Vassiliki, who serves as President and CEO, with a constant focus on providing high quality accounting and consulting services.
